By booking any experience with Ocean in Freedom, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
Ocean in Freedom offers ethical ocean safaris and marine wildlife experiences in Baja California Sur, Mexico. All activities are conducted with respect for marine life, local regulations, and the safety of our guests.
Wildlife sightings are entirely dependent on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Participation Requirements
To participate in our experiences, guests must:
* Be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
* Be in suitable physical condition for the selected activity.
* Inform us of any relevant medical conditions prior to the experience.
* Follow all instructions provided by the guides and crew at all times.
* Be able to swim for water-based activities.
Some experiences may require previous snorkeling, freediving, or scuba diving experience.
Participant Responsibilities
Each guest participates voluntarily and assumes responsibility for their own actions during the experience.
Participants agree to:
* Follow all safety instructions.
* Respect marine wildlife and the natural environment.
* Never touch, chase, feed, or disturb wildlife.
* Treat all equipment with care.
Ocean in Freedom reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior puts themselves, other guests, the crew, or wildlife at risk. No refund will be provided in these cases.
Safety
Guest safety is our highest priority.
For safety reasons, Ocean in Freedom reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, departure times, or activities due to weather, sea conditions, port authority restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
All participants must follow crew instructions and use any required safety equipment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received.
Guest Cancellations
* More than 14 days before the experience: Full refund.
* 7–14 days before the experience: 50% refund.
* Less than 7 days before the experience: No refund.
* No-shows: No refund.
Cancellations by Ocean in Freedom
If Ocean in Freedom cancels an experience due to unsafe weather, sea conditions, port closures, or any circumstance beyond our control that affects guest safety, guests may choose between:
* Rescheduling to another available date, or
* Receiving a full refund.
Changes to the itinerary made for safety or wildlife conditions do not qualify for additional compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, videos, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Ocean in Freedom or is used with permission.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
Photos or videos may be taken during our experiences for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in this material should notify us before the activity begins.
