Service Description
In the waters of Baja California Sur, encounters unfold naturally— from massive schools of cownose and spotted rays moving as one, to common and bottlenose dolphins, playful sea lions, and, at times, even orcas passing through. On rare occasions, species like the elusive mola mola may appear, reminding us that the ocean reveals itself in its own time. Each safari is guided by the season, the conditions, and the rhythm of the ocean— no fixed routes, no guarantees, only real and respectful encounters in the wild. No two days are the same. Designed for small groups, with a minimum of 4 guests. Snorkeling equipment can be provided if needed at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Weather Policy To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations by Guests * Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. * Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. * Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable. * No-shows are non-refundable. Weather & Ocean Conditions The safety of our guests is our highest priority. If Ocean in Freedom cancels an experience due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests may choose to: * Reschedule to another available date, or * Receive a full refund. Please note that marine wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Every safari is unique, and wildlife behavior is unpredictable. Guest Responsibility Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or be considered a no-show without refund. By booking an experience with Ocean in Freedom, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
