Cada invierno, las ballenas grises migran a las lagunas protegidas de Baja California Sur, uno de los pocos lugares del mundo donde se acercan a las embarcaciones por curiosidad. Esta experiencia se desarrolla en Bahía Magdalena, donde los encuentros pueden ser sorprendentemente cercanos, tranquilos y profundamente personales. Cada encuentro es diferente, guiado por el comportamiento de las ballenas y el ritmo natural de la laguna. Temporada: de diciembre a abril. Mejor época: de enero a marzo. Grupo mínimo: 4 personas. El precio incluye únicamente la expedición. El alojamiento y el transporte no están incluidos, pero con gusto nos encargamos de todo.

Booking, Cancellation & Weather Policy To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations by Guests * Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. * Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. * Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable. * No-shows are non-refundable. Weather & Ocean Conditions The safety of our guests is our highest priority. If Ocean in Freedom cancels an experience due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests may choose to: * Reschedule to another available date, or * Receive a full refund. Please note that marine wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Every safari is unique, and wildlife behavior is unpredictable. Guest Responsibility Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or be considered a no-show without refund. By booking an experience with Ocean in Freedom, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
